Holmes got arrested on a weekend where 300+ people got arrested for the same thing in the same area. He wasn't giving out beer to 16 year old girls and bangin' em in his backseat.

It's not like Ben was Kellen Winslowing around a parking lot......he got hit by a woman that can't read street signs and stop lights.

Granted what he did wasn't very bright.....but it's not like he was poppin' wheelies around a parking lot goin' 85 MPH.

Does that mean it's good?

And we already know that "you have been posting here since 1997". So apparently longevity doesn't prove anything.
